Title: Delete Your Data

Body: To delete your data, delete your account. This permanently removes your account and the personal data linked to it. This can’t be undone.

Footnote: Some data may be kept briefly for backups, or longer if required by law.

Body: This will permanently delete your Slowave ON account and sign you out. This can't be undone.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in information (email address, Google or Apple sign-in link)
• Your profile (nickname, date of birth, sex, sleep schedule)
• The EEG, PPG and accelerometer data from your paired device, and the Daily Insights and Sleep Patterns we generated from it
• Your Morning Check-ins, Journey and mission progress
• Your device pairing information and consent records

What we keep, and for how long Backup copies are removed within a limited period afterward. If the law requires us to keep certain records, we keep only those, and only for as long as required.

We keep de-identified data, with anything that could identify you removed, to improve our sleep analysis. It can't reasonably be linked back to you, so deleting your account does not affect it.
