Welcome to Slowave ON. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Slowave ON app and related services (the "Service"), provided by slowave Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Slowave ON.

Not Medical Advice: Slowave ON is a wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition.

Your Account: You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Devices and Data: Using the Service may require pairing a Slowave ON device over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Notice for what we collect.

Fees: Slowave ON is currently free to use. If we introduce paid subscriptions or in-app purchases in the future, we'll update these Terms with the applicable pricing and billing terms before those features launch.

Intellectual Property: The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Slowave or its licensors. Third-party open-source components are listed under Terms & Privacy > Open Source Licenses.

Termination and Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Account > Delete Account.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time.
